These terms apply to all services provided by T D Everything, including but not limited to decorating, general building, electrical, plumbing, sheds/outdoor buildings, kitchens, bathrooms, property investments, and dry lining.

  • Services: The work carried out by the Company as agreed upon in the contract.
  • Contract: The agreement between the Client and the Company for the provision of services.

3. Services

  • The Company will provide the Services as agreed upon in the written contract.
  • Any changes to the Services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse any work that is deemed unsafe or beyond the scope of expertise.

4. Quotations and Payments

  • All quotations provided by the Company are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • A deposit may be required before commencement of the Services, as detailed in the quotation.
  • Payment terms will be specified in the contract. Late payments may incur interest charges as per relevant laws.
  • The Client is responsible for any additional costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in the scope of work.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide access to the property as agreed upon for the duration of the Services.
  • The Client must ensure the work area is free from any hazards or obstructions.
  • The Client must inform the Company of any known risks or issues that may affect the Services.

6. Health and Safety

  • The Company is committed to ensuring the health and safety of its employees, clients, and the public.
  • The Company will comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • The Client must also adhere to health and safety regulations and cooperate with the Company’s safety procedures.

7. Public Liability Insurance

  • The Company holds public liability insurance to cover any accidental damage or injury that may occur during the provision of Services.
  • Details of the insurance policy can be provided upon request.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

  • The Company warrants that the Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
  • Any materials supplied by the Company will be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

9. Termination

12. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

13. Entire Agreement

  • These terms and conditions, together with the contract, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

14. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
